MYOB Accountsright Payment Error

An Error occurs when customer payments are allocated in MYOB Accountsright 2022.9. Please refer attached.

    Hi dafijian_,

    So that we can invesigate this error further, could you please click on the 'View error details' option on the error window and paste the message in your reply?

    Hi dafijian_,

     

    Thank you for providing that.

     

    The error message advises that the Gain/Loss Account is not set. Could you please navigate to the Setup menu > Linked Accounts > Accounts & Banking Accounts and ensure the account is linked appropriately?
