Hi
I have somehow managed to duplicate superannuation a quarterly payment in MYOB/
One is completed and the other is waiting authorisation.
(I had one payment in the completed super bounce back, so wanted to reverse that so I could pay it again)
MYOB is showing as each of the staff being due these amounts again
How do I fix this / cancel the one waiting authorisation?

If the super batch was reversed due to a bounce back, you will need to record the 'successfully paid' contributions through the Pay Liabilities function so that they are not processed through Pay Super again.
