This error typically pops up when the same employee's info gets saved twice by accident, which usually happens when making changes to an employee's pay and telling the system to remember these changes for next time. If done incorrectly, it can confuse the system and cause the error when trying to view that employee's details again.
However, if you notice that this recurring with each upgrade, your best bet would be creating a support ticket so our team can look into what may be causing the issue.
