Entitlement Balances

Our Holiday Leave Accrual is linked to our holiday pay category, see image one on the attached.

 

However a staff member had 30hrs applied to holiday pay yet their entitlements balance didn't reduce by 30hrs, see image 2 and 3 on the attached showing pay screen and leaves balances where there is no 30 hrs deducted in their entitlements.

 

Any ideas why this is or what I am missing?

    Thank you for your post. If you run the Entitlement balance summary or detail report, can you please confirm the balance here ? If possible please provide a screenshot so I can take a look into this further.

    Have there been any manual changes in this employees card file history ? Can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Screenshot of the pay history within the employees card file 
    • Please run the Entitlement balance detail report only for this employee and send through a screenshot of what appears
