Entitlement Balances

Our Holiday Leave Accrual is linked to our holiday pay category, see image one on the attached.   However a staff member had 30hrs applied to holiday pay yet their entitlements balance didn't reduc...

Hi

 

I ran the report just for July & August and as per attached yes the hours are seen on here as being taken - so why are they not showing on her payroll card under entitlements?

Hi BrendanLM, 

 

Have there been any manual changes in this employees card file history ? Can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Screenshot of the pay history within the employees card file 
  • Please run the Entitlement balance detail report only for this employee and send through a screenshot of what appears
