Log in email change - how to amend superannuation authorisation to new email

How do I change the email address for Pay Superannuation in MYOB? The email address is obsolete and we have updated it for log in purposes but Pay Superannuation will only accept the old email address.

Great question! Usually, your Pay Super email is the one registered to your MYOB login. Please see this help pages for more information about Changing your Pay Super payment details and Pay Super Change of Details.

You’ve really nailed laying out all the steps you’ve taken with those email changes. To get that Pay Superannuation email updated to your current one, jump onto my.MYOB log in with your usual details, and update the email address linked to your Pay Super account there.

Thanks Doreen. Where exactly do I find the email address linked to my Pay Super account? I've searched My.MYOB but can't see it. Also tried the Pay Super Settings but it takes me to "Something went wrong" window.
