New Employee not showing up in Process Payroll

Have a new employee, have entered all required details, but she does not show up, when I go to Process Payroll.  I've deleted and entered again, checked with all other employees, that everything is entered. Previous new employee went through without any problems.

I have three pays to enter for her before eofy.  Have asked friends that use MYOB, they can't see the issue either.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Robyn

    Hi ROB523

There are a few reasons to consider if the new employee isn't showing up on the payroll. The first thing to consider is that the employee card file should be active. Another thing is that it might be due to their pay cycle not matching the pay run you're trying to process. In this case, make sure to check their pay cycle in their payroll details. Also, check if there's a termination date entered for them. If there is, you'll need to remove it. See this helpful article about adding an employee for more details. After checking these, try processing the pay run again. Let me know if you have other queries!

    Kind regards,

    Shella

Thanks I have checked all those things you've suggested already.  Had my daughter look as well, as she uses MYOB too, and she couldn't work it out either.  I've been using it for 25 years and never had this issue before.  Need to get it to do group certificates.

    Thanks

    Hi ROB523

Check the Card Payroll Details tab, what does it show for Employment Basis on Personal Details?

    Regards
