On Payslips for Leave Accurals, the Payslip is only showing Year to Date balances - not the total Leave Balance available

Today I had an issue with Payroll and spoke with someone at MYOB who ran some scripts and I could then only process small numbers of pays at a time to get them processed.  I thought all was fine however looking at the Payslips, the Leave Accruals are now only showing the Balances from today and not the prior Leave Accruals as well.  The totals are still in the employee's card files, however they are not carrying on to the Payslips.  How can I get this corrected please?

    Hi BWBServices

     

    I understand that you're experiencing an issue with leave accruals not showing on pay slips, despite the totals still being present in the employee's card files. It seems that leave accruals will not show on the pay slip if there are no Year-to-Date (YTD) accrued hours for the entitlement. You might want to check if this is the case. Also, you can check if the option to 'Show leave balances on pay slips' is ticked. You can find this by going to Payroll > Payroll Items > Sick Leave (or whichever leave type is relevant). Feel free to create a post again if you encounter any issues.

    Unfortunately an error has occurred due to scripts run by MYOB on the file yesterday - it has wiped the Leave entitlements from the employee's cards from the last financial year.  They are appearing on the Entitlements Reports - but not on the employee's Cards or Payslips.  I am currently on hold with MYOB who are trying to work out what is happening.

      BWBServicesdid MYOB provide a solution? I have the same issue. I have reported and have an active case but so far no solution.

        They have had to send the file to their Data Repair team as it is a fault in the file itself - it has wiped Carry Over figures for the staff.  Unfortunately it isn't anything I can fix - they are repairing the file at their end.
