Problem Creating a Payroll ABAB Bank File

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! So I can assist can you please confirm if you get any error messages when creating the ABA file ?

Thank you Melisa, I was a "Trusted User" on my old work email account.  :)  

When I'm creating the bank file, this is what happens.. 

I got to "bank file" to create my ABA file

It gives me the error message and says it needs to close.  I'm unable to click on the "view error details" - nothing happens.  So I click on "check here for a solution" 

Then it takes me to the myob link and shows "system unauthorised access exception"

I've never had this happen before. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for the screenshots, can you please click on view error details on the error message that you receive and download the error log as .TXT file. Once downloaded can you please attach it to this thread so I can investigate further.

After this error has appeared can you retrieve the diagnostic log (error log) manually, this post has instructions on how to retrieve this. Please upload it to this thread as a .TXT file.

Thanks for the error log. I can't find a particular error in this log, can you please clear your AccountRight cache, once cleared can you try to create the ABA file again ?

I've had someone else at work look at this with me, we've just uploaded a new error log file.  From what we can see, it looks like our one drive is not writing the error file to that location.  I don't know how to change the file save path of the error log, it would be much better saving to my C drive.  Are you able to help me change this?
