single touch reporting failed

Please help. I posted a few days ago with this problem. Someone replied with a possible solution but it did not work still trying to find a way to fix this. The problem is when I lodge a single touch payroll report it comes back as failed due to the ABN that the report is sent with is different to the one that generated the software.

I was given the following information to change the ABN

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and choose Single Touch Payroll reporting.
  2. Click the ATO settings tab.
  3. Enter your updated details.
  4. Click Update business details.

Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.

The ABN is correct when I check there.

I can see that the ABN that the report is sent with is wrong but I can't seam to find a way to change it . Every where I check the ABN is the same as the one that generated the software. Where do I find the ABN that send the repot?

Thank you for your assistance

    Hi Son22

I see you're using the same ABN number in your settings. If you're referring to the other thread, I recommend reaching out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website or getting support through my account at myob.com. If MOCA can't help, you'll be directed to our live chat team to look into it further.

In the meantime, feel free to start a new thread if you need anything else.

    Thanks,
