Super payment process

Hi,

 

I have a problem with Super processing. Wile I was processing a Super payment, my internet connection is lost, and my MYOB window has been closed by itself. Then I login into MYOB again, the Super I was processing is not in manage payments page and also not in Pay Super page. I only can see it in Pay liabilities. What can I do with it? This error make my payroll register summary doesn't match with payroll activity summary. Thanks!

    Hi MosmanFresh,

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    If you were to open the software in the browser version, do the contributions appear? 

     

    1. Go to the Payroll menu and choose Super payments.
    2. Click Create super payment.

    3. Use the Transactions from and Transactions to fields to specify the date range of the pays containing super payments you need to make, then click Apply filters.
