Unable to access one employee's account

This will be trhe 3rd or 4th time this issue has plagued our myob payroll files - We are on AccountRight - the latest version.

 

I have attached a snip of the error message and I believe that I will need to also provide the serial number or something similar.

 

When you are able to resolcve thisa issue on our behalf I would also appreciate being advised why this happens and whether there are any steps we can take to ensure this doen not occur again.

    Good news - we've worked some fix on your company file. Now, you should be able to pop into the employee card without a hitch. Thanks for sending over that diagnostic log, it really helped us out!

    Hi Doreen - no, unfortunately the card is still not working and the same error message appears. 

     

    Can you please try again or perhaps we need to try something different?

    To ensure we can provide you with the best assistance and resolve this matter promptly, could you please provide us with the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID that is experiencing the issue? This will enable us to apply the necessary fix and get everything sorted out for you.

    Hello - sorry for the delay - the last 4 digits of the serial number are   8917   and the company file number is 2

    HI AW2800,

     

    Thanks for your response and for sharing the details with us!

     

    After further review, it seems that the serial number ending with 8917 doesn't appear to be linked to your email address in our system. Right now, I can only spot two accounts ending in 0346 and 3112. Could you please send me a private message with the full serial number so I can dive in and lend a hand?

    Thank you for working with me via private message.

     

    I've gone ahead and applied a fixed script to your file. Before trying to open the employee card file again, please make sure to log out and then log back in to ensure the changes take effect.

     

    Regarding the account not linked to your name or email, it appears that you haven't been added to the contact list for that account. The primary contact will need to reach out to us to add you to the contact list. Once this is done, every time we pull up your email, this account will be associated with your name.
