Update Failed & STP Reporting Issues

Hi tribe, since updating to AccountRight Plus 2024.2.0 (desktop) we have issues signing in. It takes forever and once we have entered the email address, it takes again forever to get to the password part. The surface looks like good old HTML programming. Once the file is open, we have a pop up stating Update Failed. We are on Windows 10 and unable to install Windows 11. The computer is from 2021. Any ideas?

 

Since the upgrade, I can also no longer report our payroll to the ATO directly from our desktop version, I need to sign into the browser version to report. Any ideas?

    To assist you effectively, can you please confirm if you're running AccountRight on a server or a local computer? Have you tried to clear your AccountRight cache? Please try the following steps in this Help article, Installation Troubleshooting, which has detailed information regarding the "Update failed."

     

    If the issue persists, please send us the diagnostic log so we can investigate further.
