This usually means there’s a mismatch on the file setup.
Most often, the serial number is for AccountRight Plus but the company file is being treated as Premier. If multi-currency has been turned on before, that can also cause it.
If you’re already on the latest AccountRight version, you’ll need to contact support so they can check the entitlement linked to that file.
