Annual leave taken is not show on Leave Taken on Entitlement Balance (Detail) report.

 I just realised that the Annual leave taken in the employee's  pay does not show on the entitlemnt Balance report. But the personal leave taken shows. Can any one share some idea where to check the settings in Account right?

    Hi EAMINT2024,

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    It's a bit strange that your annual leave isn't showing up in the Entitlement Balance report if it's being paid and recorded in your pay run. Let's check a few things to make sure everything is set up correctly:

    • Make sure the annual leave category is properly set up in the payroll settings
    • Check the employee's card to confirm that the annual leave entitlement is assigned to them 
    • Verify that the annual leave taken is recorded correctly during the pay run.

    If everything looks good, try clearing your AccountRight cache and then generate the Entitlement Balance Detail report again.
