Hi MYOB
I have a problem with my Authenticator. I recently purchased a new phone and successfully put MYOB on the Authenticator on my new phone. It comes up with recurring different numbers when I'm ready to log in to MYOB, but it doesn't work! My old phone's Authenticator is how I am still getting into MYOB, but I really need for it to work on my new phone. My phone number is still the same, as is my email address.
p.s. how hard is it to start a new post on this community forum?????? I don't post very often, so I was looking everywhere for an easy way to click a link or start a new post for this problem. I'm sure it wasn't this hard in the past!!!

Setting up 2FA on a new phone is definitely the first thing to do.
If the in-app transfer for 2FA doesn’t work, a manual reset is required. I’ve gone ahead and reset the 2FA on the email linked to your forum account. Next time you log in, you’ll be prompted to set up 2FA again, just like the first time.
As for creating a new forum post, you need to open the forum board relating to your concern first before the option to create a post appears.Regards,
