Cancelling my account and subscription
I am unable to find where to cancel my subscription and auto payments. I have followed all prompts and signed into myaccount.myob.com and there is nowhere to manage a product or cancel the account ?...

Sorry about the runaround. I know it does take more time to reach out to support than to self service the cancellation. If you’re the primary contact and there’s no cancel option in My Account, you’ll need to call our team on 1300 940 281 to get the AccountRight Live subscription cancelled.
