Confirmation file

Hi, 

It is that time of the quarter again MYOB asking for the confirmation file.

We own the old AccountRight software, 

The annual request for confirmation file went to semi annual, and then quarterly,

Now, every two months, the software request for confirmation file again.

I think our last moderator who held several times, Princess_R might be on leave.

Can someone please assist ?

Send me a msg, I will send serial no and fingerprint etc..

    Thanks for providing me the information via private message. I've successfully confirmed your Company File, and the License file was successfully sent to the primary email of the account.

    We did not receive the confirmation file.

    The MYOB file has now been locked out.

    Can you please HELP..

      If you are desperate and have no luck on here, I suggest trying to contact FGH Tables as they may be able to assist.

      I have reset that company file back to Active for you. This should allow you to login back into that company file as intended. You can now proceed with confirming the file online via the online confirmation portal at https://confirmation.myob.com/. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

        Hi Sheila,

         

        Our MYOB license is an outright purchase many years ago under professional package. Online confirmation doesn't work. In the past, MYOB will send the confirmation .xml file for us to install.
