Employee Access in MYOB Business

Good afternoon,
Have an employee who is unable to access purchase orders. He can create them but can’t go back in to look at them. Says he needs permission from admin. I have not changed anything in his user set up. Was able to access this before but now can’t 

A response would be great to fix it

    It's quite unusual for something that previously worked to change unexpectedly. First, ensure that their user role has the appropriate permissions to access purchase orders. If the issue persists, further investigation may be required to identify the cause. It's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MYOB Account so they can further look into your account and resolve this.
