Having to Authenticate everytime I log in.

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;Since the latest update, every time I log in I am having to authenticate, and this could be four to five times within the 24 hour time frame.&nbsp; I thought authentication was only required every 24 hours and not every time.&nbsp; Very frustrating, as a bookkeeper, I am in and out of clients files alot during the day.&nbsp;Would appreciate any comments, or if anyone else has this issue?&nbsp;Deb

Hi Mike,Thanks so much for your response, I am now not requested for the authenticator every time.&nbsp; Just curious, I have been having to log in every time, to get into clients accounts, even if I have exited only 5 minutes before, is this going to be the normal routine moving forward?Deb

Hey Deb14&nbsp;
You can switch between files without having to login multiple times in the AccountRight desktop by selecting File &gt; Open from the top taskbar. If you're using the browser, you can do this by clicking on your business name and selecting Switch business.&nbsp;
