How do I create a user account so they can only have Read Only access.And can I limit them to just see a certain part of Account Right (Jobs reports)?

Looks like you're looking to tweak one user's access in the system.

Yes, there's a way to customize user access in the file. Once you've assigned a role to a user, you can fine-tune exactly what kind of access that role gives them.

Earl,As you see from my screen shot, I am an administrator but I do not see "User Access" from within MYOB.Chris
