Subscription update required - is paid...

I have paid the subscription last Thursday 23rd May (today 30th May) and this notification is still coming up.  

Please urgently advise why this long after payment made this is still happening.

    I see you need help accessing your file. Normally, your file should be active right after the payment goes through. For quick help, check out myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to connect with MOCA, our virtual assistant. If MOCA can't solve it, you'll be directed to our live chat team for more troubleshooting.

     

    Feel free to start a new thread if you need any other help.

    Hi YingjieJIan,

     

    No worries, we've got this sorted for you. You don't need to do anything on your end— we just checked your account, and since there are no outstanding invoices, it's now set to active again. You can now use your file without any warning messages.
