Subsricption expired error message, yet paid by direct debit
For the fifth month in a row, I am unable to access Accountright. "Subscription Expired" message. Sent 4 emails yesterday to support, not one reply. Sent PM to the Priya, whom handled this last month. No reply. The lack of empathy is certainly astonishing. Unable to run payroll, and had to process everything manually. How do you get in contact with someone at MYOB that knows what they are doing?
