Unable to confirm company file online

Hi

I am unable to confirm company files online, can someone assist with?

    I've successfully unlocked and activated each company file you've mentioned, and I've also sent the license file to your email just in case the software prompts you to confirm your files. You should be able to open the files and continue your work.

    Hi, Princess_R 

     

    I am having the same issues and have reached out to MYOB Support who have just sent me a link and told me to upgrade my Account Right software from V19.11.3 software.  Do you know which version that I have to I have upgrade to so that I can upload the licence file they have sent me please.  Please note, I do not want to upgrade to the online versions.

      Hi Muzzy 

      The information you have received is misleading and if you do upgrade you will end up losing your perpetual licence. MYOB should provide you with a Confirmation code through here and if they continue to say you have to upgrade, then contact FGH Tables for assistance.

    Could you please confirm if you still need assistance with confirming your file? If so, could you provide the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID number?
