If code is not valid, this means either you have not entered it correctly (check for zeroes and o's and the letter l might be a 1 etc), or that you are using a product that requires a 'higher' code. For example is your licence (according to MYOB records) is for MYOB Plus v19.5 and you are using MYOB Plus v19.16, the code they provide will not work. Ensure you are using the software that matches your licence - or get in touch with MYOB if their records are incorrect.

thank you we are using a old system and we have check codes. is here a way of talking myob as we access the help page at all. we can even get a code to allow us to talk on email.

I'm not from MYOB. Give them a call on the Support number (though they may only take your call if you have a subscription). Or try chat. Or try getting confirmation code from elsewhere.
