Unable to log in MYOB stuck in Backup

We are unable to log in to MYOB, it says the company file is currently backing up however we are not in the process of backing up.

Urgent help please

    Hi Archskirt01,

    Thanks for your detailed post. I checked your account and identified an issue that needed to be addressed on our end. I have arranged the script in our system to resolve it, so you should now be able to log in without any issues.

    Still unable to log into MYOB due to this issue.........

    This is urgent we need someone to fix this problem now
