Unable to open existing company as a new administrator
Hi,
I am having issues trying to open an existing company as a new administrator, via the online tab in Account Right. Invitation has been accepted and I have followed all the steps sent to me however the company isn't showing on Account Right like it says it should in the steps. I have confirmed the company is in my account by logging onto my.myob.com.
Is this a issue with the new version 2022.2.0?
The person who invited me didnt enter the file id. Issue has been rectified. Thank you
