ongoing Bank feed - reconciliation issues and no resolution

I know I am not the only one experiencing this, but the lack of support from MYOB has become a critical issue for my business.

Since May 27th, my bank reconciliation has been broken, with random transactions from 2020 suddenly appearing across two accounts. After spending more than 8 hours on the phone over the last three weeks, I have been passed from Tier 1 to Tier 2, promised a 5-day resolution, and then promised a 24-hour escalation response. Every single deadline MYOB has set has passed with zero communication, no fix, and no follow-up.

To make matters worse, trying to call back results in a 2-hour wait time, despite my account being listed as a priority customer. An online complaint form has also gone completely unanswered.

With EOFY right around the corner, I would think this would be noted as a high priority. We pay our fees under the assumption that MYOB will support their product when major system defects occur. The complete lack of care and responsiveness regarding this issue is deeply disappointing. I need this escalated and resolved immediately.   

If anyone else is having similar issues feel free to add on to  my RANT.

    Hi Sai

    This is definitely a widespread issue. We have all reported the issue to MYOB, however no one seems to be getting a real fix to the problem. Could MYOB not urgently get there people onto a fix for everyone?

    merkelj​    once the accountants get involved it will cost you.   If it is the same issue I am having, they won't be able to resolve it either.   I am just astounded at the lack of response from MYOB or even any updates.  They obviously have no idea on what went wrong or why.    At least we are all in this together.

    Accounts456​   Hi again, yes, I will def keep you posted.  I intend on annoying MYOB tomorrow cause I have nothing better to do especially since it is the end of the financial year lol    I need a holiday.   chat soon

    Accounts456​    on another note,  I have now decided to go down their MYOB Complaints policy.  Step 1 send email.  done.     I sent them both my case numbers which they have now replied with a new case number.   Step 2 wait to see how long before anyone replies that is not AI or system generated.  Stay tuned.

    Good Morning, has anyone has this issue resolved as yet? I have not had any response to the case i raised, which is what all the moderators suggest.

    Would be great if MYOB acknowledged the issue and at least confirmed they were working on a fix with a timeframe!

    Note - had tagged the moderators on my post previously and my post was not accepted! So hoping this one gets posted without tagging anyone!

    And yes,it is a good morning.    Well for me anyway.  Believe it or not I just got off a team viewer with support.  It did take me another week of being on chat and annoying them every day.  Anyway after 39 days I believe my issue has been resolved.   No, they do not have a fix.  I had to delete each one manually from all of my accounts.    It took a while but now I balance and I can get on with my reconciliations.    Ben from support is now the expert in how and what to do.      So for all of you having this issue and not comfortable deleting yourself all i can say is you need to hop on the chat daily and annoy them until someone responds.
