That’s definitely not ideal, not being able to print your bank reconciliations to PDF, especially when it’s always worked before. It’s even stranger since your coworker, who has the same permissions, isn’t running into any issues, and there aren’t any general printing issues happening now. Best bet is to clear your AccountRight cache or your browser cache first, in case something’s causing things to get stuck. You might also want to try switching to a different browser to see if that helps. Double-check your roles and permissions as well, to make sure nothing’s accidentally changed. If those steps don’t solve it, it’s time to dig a little deeper. Reaching out to our team with a diagnostic log error from your AccountRight file and a quick note on what you’ve already tried will help them track down the issue much faster.
