Hey LisaMG,
Bit of a hiccup on the Westpac AU bank feeds. Some feeds are taking longer than usual to come through. Our team's on it and working closely with the bank to get things flowing again soon. If you're keen to stay in the loop, this thread's the spot to watch: Delay 23/04 - Westpac AU and ANZ AU.

Hello,
We are with Westpac and the bank feeds have not updated since 17/4/25 it is now the 23/4/25. Can you please advise if there is an issue with Westpac also?

Hi everyone!
Sorry for the confusion. BNZ is making some changes to their system, which is why bank feeds need to be reconnected. You can check out the process in the link.

We are still having this issue - is anybody receiving their bank feeds now? Today is 23/4

I am having the same issue, i assumed public holidays 18-21st but still no update today.

Hi AndreaImbibe,
As per checking, there is currently no bank feed delay reported for BNZ. Since disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account does not apply to your situation, I recommend contacting MYOB Support for help. They can check if there are any issues specific to your bank feed. You can do this by sending a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.

Unfortunately that's not the problem, my feeds are saying they are connected. I reconnected the feeds last year when they made the update.

Hi AndreaImbibe,
If your BNZ bank feed isn't updating, it could be because there have been some recent changes to how bank transactions are fed into MYOB. In most cases, disconnecting and reconnecting the bank feed does the trick.
