Super payment issues

I am trying to reconcile an account but all of my super payments are coming up like this. Clicking on the reference links me back to the actual super payment that was made. The debt amounts are then allocated to super payable account. No idea how to clear this. Old super way didn't give me this much trouble.

    Hi Earl

     

    This didn't work. Clicking it just showed me the original transaction but didn't give me an option to change or update a reference number?

    Hi everyone,

    I've had the same problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the Reference, Description or "From Account" once the details have been processed so it makes it very difficult to reconcile

    If there's still no option to change the reference number after clicking it, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can take a closer look and help resolve the issue for you.
