LOG IN ISSUE - SUPER PAYMENTS

Hi All

I am trying to log into my "super payments" portal but keep getting a message - try again or reset.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I have repeatedly tried to get help with MYOB 'chat' but no response.

    Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our live chat team. Was it the Super Portal where you were getting the message?

     

    I can check the user access for you, if you send me some details through Private Message:

    • Last 4 digits of your Serial Number and Account Name 
    • Your Name and Email Address you are trying to log in with 
    • Screenshot of the message
