Hi Alspa,
The error you're seeing isn't related to deleting the 1-1410 Savings Account. The real issue seems to be with how your categories and linked categories for electronic payments are set up. Make sure the bank accounts used for electronic payments are configured correctly. Specifically, check that the category you want to use is set up properly in the linked categories. Hi Princess,
Thank you for your response. May I stress that I have been using electronic payments on the account 1-1400 for 8 years without an issue. It only became an issue after deleting a non related account. MYOB support remoted into my computer today and they could not figure out what the issue was and why it was doing what it was doing. Hoping somebody could shed some light on this issue.

Hi Alspa,
Thanks for pointing out when the issue started. It looks like the error has to do with the date rather than any deleted accounts, based on the screenshot. Try changing the upload date to today and see if that helps. Also, this link that Princess previously gave could explain the error message.
