Hi queenoflaundry,
Since you've already tried redoing the invoice, the next step would be try reducing the number of characters in the description field. If needed, add extra text on a new line. Also, switch from wireless to cellular data and try again. If this doesn't work, I can see you've submitted a support case, our team will assist you as soon as they're available.
