link to existing bill

When linking to an existing bill from the tray, this is what happens.

There are no bills.

When I go to unpaid bills 

The bills are there.

Then, the response from MYOB  Oct 2022.

How long does it take to fix something?

      I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with Intray documents. May I ask for screenshots of the bills and the Intray window? We'll investigate what is causing this.

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue attaching your Intray document to one of your bills.  May I ask for screenshots of the bill we are trying to match with the Intray document and the unpaid bills window?
