Re: Red Line on Invoice Attachment

Hi I have just today emailed a client a quote and they have been unable to open just get  a word doc with a red diagonal line

I have tried all the fixes that have been mentioned  but nothing seems to work

This is a random error and does not happen with all quotes / Invoices that I email

Can you please advise when this will be fixed  as this is making me look like an idiot to my clients and is costing be business

    Thank you for your post and I understand that your client is unable to open a document/quote with a red diagonal line. I highly suggest to check this thread for the detailed workaround that the users have tried and worked.

    Hi Lyn,

     

    I had this problem for over 6 months and have now fixed it.

     

    I have uploaded a very low quality version of my company logo to my invoice template. Previously my invoices were exporting around the 1MB size, but now they export around the 95kb size.

     

    I tried everything to fix it, and this has well and truly solved it.

    Maybe play around with different logo qualities, and see what size the invoices export as.

    If you get them to around 95kb I think you'll have no further problems.
