Secure Invoicing

I have a few concerns about the new Secure Invoicing upgrade we are being basically forced to do. We don't have online payments from our customers and probably never will. So now instead of emailing...

Hi there ToniS1​, AccountRight Classic and older versions (which will include V16.5 and V13) are being retired. We announced this update late last year here

I am totally confused with what it means that these versions are being retired. I do not need any updates or assistance from MYOB. And have not had anything to do with MYOB until I had to migrate our main business to the 'cloud' and that has not been a pleasant experience at all.

    The change is outlined in the post, and if you have questions, it would be great if you can ask there instead of on this thread which is related to secure invoicing.

    In short though, these older versions have been unsupported for a long time and are now the technology that supports them is being decommissioned which will 'retire' the software.

    In real terms, if you stay in your V16 and V13 software, your files will fail confirmation in the near future and become read only.
    If you need to interact with your files, you will need to upgrade to the latest version.
