Hi All,
If you're still seeing the same thing, could you please try logging out and back in again just to refresh the connection? If it's still being stubborn after that, just reach out to our support team and we'll take a closer look for you.

I've done this several times and it's not working, and I've replied to the support team's email telling me it was fixed and told them it wasn't. I've heard nothing yet

Hi DJ3,
Thanks for the heads-up. There’s no reported issue with in tray not accepting invoice at the moment. Try opening it in your browser, check if anything’s still processing, cancel it and re-upload. If it still acting up, lodge a ticket at My Account or jump on live chat via virtual assistant MOCA and we’ll take a closer look.

My intray still not working here, please advise asap what is wrong or what I can do, I have now thousands of creditors to enter

Thanks for raising this. There are currently no reported issues with In Tray. I recommend reaching out to our backend team so they can take a closer look for you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

Is anyone else still having issues? I know I have at least 20 invoices in the in tray and they are linked to Bunnings etc but none are showing. Very frustrating

Yes, I am still having issues. I have logged this with MYOB support. This is part of their response yesterday.
I am sorry for the delay, and I am here to help with your InTray documents.
Our investigation shows that this is a well-known issue that has already been reported. The problem ticket created as reference is 02629040.
As a temporary workaround, please view the documents through your Uploads menu when logged in on the browser.
I have added this account to the list to note that your account is affected and to keep you in the loop for any progress. We may not have a specific date as to when a permanent solution will be available, but rest assured that we will notify you immediately once there is an update if this has been resolved.I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your patience and understanding during this time are appreciated.
So I will patiently wait and see what happens and if my documents come back into the InTray.
