Duplicate employee card causing Super issue

Is there really no better solution for this issue paying super when there are two cards for the same employee? I've ended up going to the ATO and paying through the SBSCH...in desperation. Or if you have to remove a card I need step by step instructions. Thanks in advance...Su

    Hi SuFish,

We've made some changes on the back end, could you please try on processing the payment once again?

    Looking forward for your response.
    Regards,
    Earl

OK. That seems to have worked. I recorded the payments. I have to get someone else to authorise but if I get this far usually it's ok from there.

Kelly Ryall is still on our books and I need to send off another payment for them soon but it should be ok going forward?

    Thanks for resolving.  Su

Earl, Can you also guide me on adding someone as an authoriser of super payments. We have a new finance manager who I need to get set up. I couldn't work it out the other day. I'm registered as the account owner. Can I do this online? best Su
