Single Touch Payroll Reporting Failed

Can someone please help me when I lodge a single touch payroll report it comes back as failed due to the ABN that the report is sent with is different to the one that generated the software. I can see that the ABN that the report is sent with is wrong but I can't seam to find a way to change it every where I check it is the same ABN that generated the software. Is there something that I am missing?

  • Hi Son22,

     

    Yes, you may update your ABN in Single Touch Reporting by following the steps below: 

     

    1. Go to the Payroll menu and choose Single Touch Payroll reporting.
    2. Click the ATO settings tab.
    3. Enter your updated details.
    4. Click Update business details.

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I have checked them in the single touch reporting the ATO settings are correct. 

    They match the ABN in the company information in MYOB

     

    Is there some where else I need to check?
