Something went wrong error - payroll

Everytime I click on Process payroll in my desktop verison I receive this error 

I click on restart account right and get back into it again and then I will receive this message when I try to click process payroll again.  

 

  • I just shut down and rebooted the pc and now its working.

    Same problem if I try to go to payroll ...and it also says my subscription has failed, though there is nothing wrong with the credit card details. i have paid it manually, but still the same error message.

    Same issues here, hopefully it gets fixed asap!!

      Hi JACJO2024,

       

      The screenshot you provided look a bit off. When you click on Payroll, it should display a list of payroll functions like "Process Payroll" and others. Please try clearing your AccountRight cache, as this can sometimes fix unusual behavior. If the problem continues, try uninstalling and then reinstalling AccountRight.
