Everytime I click on Process payroll in my desktop verison I receive this error
I click on restart account right and get back into it again and then I will receive this message when I try to click process payroll again.
I just shut down and rebooted the pc and now its working.
This is what I get everytime!

The screenshot you provided look a bit off. When you click on Payroll, it should display a list of payroll functions like "Process Payroll" and others. Please try clearing your AccountRight cache, as this can sometimes fix unusual behavior. If the problem continues, try uninstalling and then reinstalling AccountRight.

I just shut down and rebooted the pc and now its working.
I think you got lucky with the timing. I did not have to reboot for it to start working, and the STP reporting issue has been solved by MYOB now
