Supperannuation Payments

Hi I was just wondering if someone could clarify for me what report to go to to check what supperannuation needs to be paid out? I have phoned myob a couple of times about this and I've received different answers. One took my to a report in the browser and then when I went to 'Pay Super' to see what would actually get paid out it was a different figure. Thanks

  • Hey Bechadds,

You’re not alone having wrangled with those superannuation reports. If you want to see exactly which super payments are still waiting to be paid, the Payroll Liabilities by Category report's the best option. Here’s the quickest route to get there:

    • Go to Reports
    • Choose Payroll
    • Select Payroll Liabilities By Category
    • Set Liability Type to Superannuation
    • Change Status Type to Not Paid
    • Click Run Report

That’ll pull up exactly what’s waiting to be paid, so you can skip the guessing and get on with your day.

    Cheers,

    Doreen
