Unable to open employee cards

Hi Team,

 

When I tried to open a few employee cards, it poped up an error message with below error.


Code:
Unknown (0)


Message:
(Unknown): ShowUIView(CardDetail,...,...)

 

Could you please run the script to fix it?

  • Where the company file is stored online 
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - 9384
  • What is the company file ID -  2

    Hi czcz1992 

     

    I've arranged for that script to be run over that company file for you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file attempting to open that employee's card again.

    The file should be ready to go now after my last post. We just need for you to close down and reopen that company file just to ensure that the script has worked and the file has been refreshed. So, do reopen that file and attempt to open that employee's card.
