Unable to Set up Super Payments

Hello, 

l am trying to set up "Pay Super" and l am not getting a "verification code".

A $0.01 has not appeared on our Bank Account. 

l have bank feeds already l place. 

Can you tell me what the issue is ??

  • I am having the same issue and so is the business owner. No verification code and no deposit.

    Hi Janine17,

     

    If it’s been more than 3 business days and the $0.01 verification deposit still isn’t showing on your bank statement, that’s longer than we’d expect. In this case, the best next step is to reach out to our team so they can check your details and see what’s causing the delay. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
