I am using MYOB Account Right Plus.
The information pre-filled on my BAS return when I am lodging online is different from the information pre-filled on my BAS return if I were to lodge manually. It is only the GST on sales and on purchases that differs. I have checked and both reports are using the accrual system. I check all BAS manual set up but could not find any problem.
Is there any chance solution?

Great to see you on top of things by checking your accounting method and running your reports. There could be a few different reasons why the pre-filled amounts aren’t matching when lodging manually versus online. One quick thing to try is clearing your AccountRight cache, as that can sometimes fix odd behaviour. It’s also worth double-checking your BAS online settings and going through the GST-related transactions for the reporting period to make sure everything is lining up.
