Can't open file after going online

I've just uploaded our file to online, but I am unable to login, it gives me the following error code: Invalid Fingerprint (100014). Can someone please help?

    Thanks for your post. If you're still getting this error message can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can look into this:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

        The private message access is enabled, can you try this link again please. If it doesn't work please clear your browser cache and try again.
