Unable to make a Superannuation Payment

Hi,

I am having issues with making a superannuation payment for our employee. We have made payments multiple times with this same employee. I have checked the superannuation details have not changed, and they are all exactly the same. The error message i am getting is "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments".

As advised by MYOB, i have tried recreating the super fund...did not work. I have deleted my Cache...do not work. I have contacted the Superannuation fund and nothing is wrong on their end and ALL details are correct that are in our system.

If anyone could help that would be great, as i have wasted HOURS on this issue.

I have already been through this with someone from MYOB via email. The details have been checked multiply times. Apprently my case has been trasnferred to a different department because the problem wasnt able to be solved by him. Im still yet to hear anything from this department.
