Can not Confirm Company File

Hi.

 

I have an old Version and have tried every way suggested to confirm Company File but to no avail. Tried to generate my own confirmation code etc. etc.for last 2 days. Please just send email as in previous years no more links as have tried them all. Am winding down Company. Thank you in hope. Cheers.

    Have just finished with live chat and they have emailed the licence file.  Soooo happy...

    Hi there minky1,

     

    Since the self-service confirmation didn't work on your end, the best next step is to get in touch with our support team directly n Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to help you out with confirming your company file.

    I am having the same issue but cannot download the licence file as the version of MYOB I am using does not support to ability to browse a file and download.

     

    Could you tell me what old version of MYOB you are using please.

    Hi Muzzy

    My MYOB version is .17.   Don't have an issue downloading the file just can be quite a mission and time consuming to have the file emailed as none of the help yourself methods ever work. When finally get to chat with a person problem is always rectified quickly.  Good luck.

    I must mention that I am in the process of winding up the company and am just tidying up with MYOB so certainly don't want to upgrade at this stage. Cheers. Minky.
