Can someone from MYOB contact me by email to confirm my company file. I cannot confirm via program online or by phone. Thank you.

That does sound like a bit of a tricky spot to be in. We're not able to line up call-backs or email outreach from our side, but the quickest way to get this confirmed is by jumping onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can take a look at your company file and help you confirm it.
